For reference, here is the news headline I used for the analysis of both news. This comes from Manila Bulletin news and Philippine News Agency.

Why did you choose this news headline story for you to analyze?

To answer this first question, it will have to root to where I am currently living right now--in CALABARZON. I chose this particular news because I am a ctizen within the said place and I am also concerned on what is happening around me.

What makes the presentation of the same news headline story different or similar with one another?

They are both similar in terms of the topic, however they differ in the coverage of their story. Although both tackles the cost of the infrastructures and the places of the said buildings, PNA (philippines news agency) was specifically detialed on the people that contributed to the people that helped with finishing the projects. Both agency indicated the areas in kilometer the places that got involved in finishing the projects and also inserted quotations that a particualr person/employee that cooperated and contributed to the project that was stated during the interview just as presented in their news; ".2021 is a year of many milestones for the DPWH-NCR. We were able to implement vital infrastructure projects...Canlas said" (from PNA)

Whilst the other news agency, Manila Bulltin, only talked about the project, the cost and the partnership that made the project happen as a whole and general, but was not able to clearly indicate in detail the specific places of the buildings, where the cost came from and the name of those infrastructures. But of course there were also quotation, but was insufficient to get different sides and perspective of the people involved.

Were their biases present in presenting the news story? If so, what are those? If not, what makes both news objective?

As I read the news, I did not notice any biases when PNA stated and published the news because we can already see that they have given thorough interview and close inspection on the matter thus provided significant and sufficient sources for the readers/ audiences to rely on. As for the Manila Bulletin, it gave just a quick preview of what happened in general. They are both objectives because they have interviewed people from the authority as well as inspected the places, cost, etc.
